Memberships

All membership purchases are considered final after 24 hours from the time of purchase.

Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the original purchase. After the 24-hour period has passed, refunds will not be issued except where required by applicable law.

If you are banned, suspended, kicked, or removed from the server/community because of your own actions, you will not be eligible for a refund.

• Posting about other servers names/websites
• Toxic behavior
• Harassment or bullying
• Disrespect toward members or staff
• Hate speech or discrimination
• Threats
• Excessive arguing, trolling, or intentionally causing drama
• Spamming
• Cheating, exploiting, or abusing bugs
• Scamming or fraudulent activity
• Posting prohibited or illegal content
• Breaking server rules or community guidelines
• Attempting to bypass punishments or bans
• Any other behavior determined to be harmful or disruptive to the community

Being banned or removed from the community does not entitle you to a refund for any unused membership time.

Purchasing a membership does not give a member permission to ignore server rules. Membership privileges may be revoked without refund when community rules or guidelines are violated.

By purchasing a membership, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy, the server rules, and the community guidelines.

Nothing in this policy limits any refund or consumer rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
